Terms of Service - VPNAJ | Subscription Rules & Refund Policy

These terms form the agreement between VPNAJ and the user for subscription services, setting out service scope, usage rules, and how refunds and account termination are handled. Please read them in full before you register an account or buy a subscription.

These terms apply to every subscription service offered through the VPNAJ website, clients and user panel; prices and plan allowances are those listed on the plans page.

Service scope

VPNAJ provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions: international nodes across 120+ countries and 180+ routes give users a network path to international websites and overseas services. The service is sold as a subscription, supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients, and places no limit on simultaneous devices while the subscription is active.

Monthly plans come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Separate data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — use them until they run out, they never expire.

By registering an account and using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.

Account and subscription rules

Registering a VPNAJ account needs no email address — a username and password are enough. An account is for the registered user only, so keep your login credentials safe; losses caused by leaked credentials are borne by the account holder.

While a subscription is active there is no limit on simultaneous devices, and you can sign in on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients. “No limit” here means your own personal devices under the same account and does not cover providing access to others.

Reselling, renting out or lending a subscription or subscription link is prohibited, as is connecting an account to any proxy service, public acceleration service or other form of redistribution to third parties. Where resale or sharing is detected, VPNAJ may suspend the subscription in question, with the remaining time handled under the refund terms.

Acceptable use requirements

Users must comply with the laws of their own location and of the places where the service is used, and are responsible for the content they access and transmit through the service. The service is intended only for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration.

The following uses are prohibited:

distributing content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
unauthorized network scanning, intrusion or attacks;
distributing malware, fraudulent material or other illegal content;
any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.

VPNAJ does not log users' browsing content. Where a lawful request is received from a competent authority, or where there is clear evidence that an account is being used for illegal purposes, VPNAJ may take restrictive measures against that account.

Service availability and liability limits

VPNAJ maintains its routes and clients on an ongoing basis, but connection quality depends on your local network, your ISP's international gateways, the access policies of the destination site and other factors, so performance may differ by region and time of day. Route adjustments and node maintenance are announced in the user panel.

Where short outages occur due to force majeure, underlying network failures or changes at upstream providers, VPNAJ will explain the situation in the user panel.

To the extent permitted by law, VPNAJ is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; liability is limited to the amount the user actually paid for the subscription in question.

Refund terms

A full refund can be requested within 7 days of the first payment, no reason required. To request one, sign in to the user panel and open a ticket stating the order and payment method — you do not need to explain why.

Refunds are returned through the original payment channel: Alipay and WeChat refunds arrive once the channel has processed them, and USDT is returned on the original chain, with arrival time depending on on-chain confirmations. Accounts terminated for breaching these terms are not eligible for the no-reason refund.

Once a refund is completed, the remaining allowance of the corresponding subscription and data packs is void.

Account termination and terms changes

VPNAJ may restrict or terminate an account in the following cases:

breach of the acceptable use requirements on this page;
reselling, renting out or publicly sharing a subscription;
using automated means to bulk-register, credential-stuff or probe the service;
paying through abnormal channels or filing chargebacks.

Users may stop using the service at any time; unexpired subscriptions are handled under the refund terms.

VPNAJ may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Updated terms are published on this page with the update date; material changes to pricing, refunds or account rules are announced in the user panel in advance. Subscriptions already in effect before a change continue under the terms in force at the time of purchase until the end of the current period.
