Privacy Policy
This page explains what information VPNAJ collects while providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how users can have it deleted. The policy follows a necessary-and-minimal principle: nothing unrelated to the service is collected.
No record of which sites you visit: VPNAJ does not store browsing history or DNS query logs, and billing counts total traffic only.
What data is collected, and why
VPNAJ collects only the information needed to run the subscription service. Signup requires a username and password only, with no email address; passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and the system never keeps plaintext passwords.
- Account information: username, password hash, and signup date, used for signing in and identifying the account.
- Order and billing information: plan tier, order amount, payment method, order date, and traffic usage totals, used to activate the subscription, reset the monthly quota on the activation date, prorate remaining days on upgrades, and verify refunds.
- Visit statistics: page views, referring page, device type, and browser language, used in aggregate for capacity planning and page improvements.
- Ticket content: problem descriptions and screenshots that users choose to submit, used to diagnose and resolve issues.
Subscription traffic is carried over quantum-encrypted transport. Beyond the information above, VPNAJ does not build user profiles and does not use order data for anything unrelated to the subscription.
No access logs
VPNAJ does not record which websites users visit, does not store browsing history, and does not store DNS query records. Connection logs (session start time and destination address) are not retained long term; to troubleshoot a connection fault, technicians may inspect the connection state of an active session, and the related records are deleted once troubleshooting ends.
Billing counts total traffic only and is not tied to specific destination addresses. Access records are never sold, profiled, or used for advertising.
This stance covers VPNAJ's own routes and systems. Content that users voluntarily submit in a ticket is handled within the scope of that submission.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser local storage to keep the following: a login session token, to keep you signed in; language and interface preferences, to remember your last choice; and an anonymous visit statistics identifier, to distinguish sessions without identifying individuals.
Clearing browser data signs you out and resets preferences; the subscription and traffic inside your account are unaffected. Statistics cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, and disabling them does not affect page access or connections either. The cookies described above are the only ones this site sets.
Payments are handled by third parties
Subscriptions and traffic packs are paid for via Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. Payment takes place on the respective channel's own page; VPNAJ never sees full payment credentials and only receives the order number, amount, and payment status, used to activate the subscription and reconcile accounts.
Payment channels handle information under their own privacy policies, which are worth reading before you order. Apart from payment and necessary billing reconciliation, VPNAJ does not provide user access records to third parties.
Retention periods and deletion
Account information is kept for as long as the account exists; order and billing records are kept for the life of the subscription, for traffic resets, upgrade proration, and refund verification. The 7-day no-questions-asked refund process uses only order and usage information and does not involve access records.
To have data deleted, submit a closure request through the in-site ticket system. Once an account is closed, the username, order, and usage records are deleted or anonymized, and copies in backups are gradually overwritten as backups rotate. Closing an account also removes its subscription and unused traffic, so please confirm before proceeding.
Policy updates and contact
When this policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page changes with it; major changes to what is collected or how it is used are explained in the site announcements. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Privacy questions, data export requests, or deletion requests can be submitted through the in-site ticket system, which is the main channel for these requests; other support options are on the contact page. Subscription, billing, and refund rules are in the Terms of Service.
