Monthly plans are billed per month with data resetting each month on the activation date; data packs are a one-time purchase, used up as you go and never expiring. The table below matches the amounts actually charged in the user panel — there is no separate setup or maintenance fee.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Data | Devices |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly 60GB | ¥9.9 / month | Billed monthly, data resets each month on the activation date | 60GB | Unlimited |
| Monthly 250GB | ¥18 / month | Billed monthly, data resets each month on the activation date | 250GB | Unlimited |
| Monthly 500GB | ¥28 / month | Billed monthly, data resets each month on the activation date | 500GB | Unlimited |
| Data Pack 300GB | ¥158 | One-time purchase, used up as you go | 300GB | Unlimited |
| Data Pack 1000GB | ¥358 | One-time purchase, used up as you go | 1000GB | Unlimited |
| Data Pack 3000GB | ¥658 | One-time purchase, used up as you go | 3000GB | Unlimited |
All prices are in Chinese yuan. Data packs have no expiry — they never reset no matter how long you keep them; when you upgrade a monthly plan mid-term, the difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Both billing models can live in the same account: the monthly plan covers everyday use and the data pack tops it up, used up as you go and never expiring. Switch the tabs below to see each set of options.

For one person on one or two devices, a few hours a day: looking things up, email, the occasional video. 60GB resets each month on the activation date and comfortably covers everyday browsing and document work. The limits are clear too — if you get through a few 4K films in a given month, 60GB runs out first; in that case move up a tier or add a data pack.
The best balance of capacity and price. 250GB is enough for two or three hours of 4K streaming a day, with a phone, tablet and laptop connected at the same time. Data resets each month on the activation date, and if you upgrade to a higher tier mid-term the difference is prorated by the remaining days — no new order needed. For most households this is the easiest tier to start on.
Built for people who leave the client running and keep several devices online: a few machines at home connected all day, work in the daytime and streaming at night, and 500GB is still hard to exhaust in a month. Data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-term upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. If you only need it for a few days of travel, don't start here — the basic tier or a data pack is better value.

Good for short business trips, temporary projects, or topping up when a monthly plan's data runs out early. One-time purchase, used up as you go, with no time limit — buy it and use it three months later and it is still valid. 300GB is roughly a dozen 4K films in a row, or a month of light office use.
A mid-sized capacity for people whose usage varies month to month: heavier when busy, untouched when quiet, and unlike a monthly plan it does not reset to zero at expiry. 1000GB stacks with the 250GB monthly tier — whichever runs out first is drawn down first, and the account shows each balance separately.
A large capacity pack for keeping data in long-term reserve. None of the three data packs is billed by time: they are used up as you go, never expire, and need no monthly renewal. If you already run a monthly plan, the data pack only kicks in when the monthly data runs low, so you are never charged twice.
Whichever tier you pick, the following is identical — it is not tiered by price and needs no add-on purchase.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux can be signed in at the same time; no separate purchase per device.
Nodes in major cities across Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe, with IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes.
Traffic between client and node is encrypted end to end, so nothing sent over public networks is exposed.
Web and API access for Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and other streaming services, plus Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
A username and password are all you need — no email field, no verification email to wait for.
All three payment methods are completed inside the user panel; the subscription activates as soon as payment succeeds.
Request it by opening a ticket in the user panel; the refund goes back to the original payment channel.
It does not reset on the 1st of the calendar month — the cycle starts on the day you activate; upgrade mid-term and the difference is prorated by the remaining days.
The table below compares the three monthly plans with a data pack. The data pack column uses the entry tier ¥158/300GB as an example; the other two follow exactly the same rules, only with more data.

All three payment methods are completed inside the user panel, with no redirect to another page. The subscription activates as soon as payment succeeds, and the account overview shows the current plan, expiry date and remaining data. Monthly plans do not auto-renew — you place the next order yourself; data packs are not billed monthly, so one purchase is one purchase.
Before ordering, check whether you are buying a monthly plan or a data pack: monthly plans have an expiry date, data packs do not. If you are unsure, start with the lowest monthly tier, use it for a full month and then decide whether to upgrade.
Within 7 days of payment you can open a ticket in the user panel to request a refund, with no reason required. The refund goes back to the original payment channel; how long it takes depends on that channel's processing time.
A refund request needs no extra paperwork and no explanation of what you used the service for. If the order is more than 7 days old, you can still explain the situation in a ticket and support will handle it case by case.

From ¥9.9/month. Three monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Three data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used up as you go and never expiring.
Unlimited simultaneous devices. One subscription works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux at the same time, with no separate purchase per device.
7-day refund, no questions asked. Open a ticket in the user panel with your order number and payment method — no reason required. Refunds go back to the original payment channel.
Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Payment is completed inside the user panel; the subscription activates immediately, and the account overview shows the expiry date and remaining data.
Monthly plans are billed per month and data resets each month on the activation date; data packs are a one-time purchase, used up as you go and never expiring. Both can sit in the same account — a data pack works well as a top-up or a long-term reserve.
The difference is prorated by the remaining days. Choose a higher monthly plan in the user panel and the system prorates the difference by the days left on your current subscription; it takes effect as soon as you pay the difference.
